Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Story Submission

During the submission process, we collect some personal information via the form you fill out and submit, including email address ; we will never send you anything without your permission, nor will we publish or distribute that information to any third party. However we may use your name, that you provide to us, to be used for giving you credit on our website and/or our YouTube channel, if your story is used. Your email address provided through the Story Submission page will only be used if we need clarification or a follow-up on specific details. Or to reach out to you with other reasons pertaining to the story you submitted.

Contact Us Form

When you contact us, during the submission process, we collect some personal information via the form you fill out and submit, including your name and email address ; we will never send you anything without your permission, nor will we publish or distribute that information to any third party. We only use this information to respond to you, or email you, in regards to what you send us through the form, whether it be a question, comment, etc… Or to reach out to you with other reasons pertaining to what you submitted through the Contact Us form.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
